How programs are delivered

The right format depends on the team, location and purpose of the program.

On-site

Preferred for practical sessions, individual assessments and richer interaction with employees in their working environment.

Online

Suitable for remote and hybrid teams, and for colleagues working across multiple locations.

Hybrid

Available for selected formats when a combined approach supports the program goals.

Standard practical sessions are designed for groups of up to approximately 25 participants. Larger organizations can be supported through multiple groups or a tailored structure. A gym is not required, and standard sessions need little or no specialist equipment.

Possible program themes

Themes are selected around the workplace context, employee needs and the purpose of the program. They indicate the focus without prescribing a fixed set of exercises.
