Start with the people, working environment and priorities of the organization.
Approach
ALIGNEO combines specialist guidance with everyday relevance. People move, understand why it matters and leave with practical choices they can use independently.
Start with the people, working environment and priorities of the organization.
Introduce accessible movement connected to situations employees recognize.
Explain why movement matters and what participants can do independently.
Repeat useful practices until they become familiar parts of the working day.
Use feedback and observation to shape what the program does next.

Movement support can become part of everyday work before physical discomfort grows into a larger concern.
Participants understand the purpose of what they are doing instead of simply copying a sequence.
Every idea connects to familiar situations such as screens, meetings, repeated positions and energy changes during the day.
Sessions welcome different levels of movement experience and are not designed to exhaust participants.
Simple practices used regularly are more valuable than one impressive session that changes nothing afterwards.
Employee responses and practical observations help shape the next stage of a longer program.
Longer programs can include short feedback points to understand participation, the employee experience and what is proving useful. The aim is to improve the program and give HR a clearer view of shared needs — not to evaluate individuals.
Surveys are intentionally short. We do not collect medical diagnoses, and organizational reporting is aggregated around patterns rather than individual employees.
ALIGNEO provides preventive movement education and practical wellbeing support. It does not diagnose conditions or replace individual medical care.
Tell us about your people, working environment and priorities. We will help you decide whether a session, workshop, pilot or longer program is the most useful next step.
